My name is Dawn and I have over 28 years of experience working within mental health services in the NHS as a psychiatric nurse alongside my counselling practice.

Throughout my career I have supported people experiencing a wide range of emotional difficulties, including grief, trauma, anxiety, and life changes.

I understand that reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step. My aim is to provide a calm, safe, and non-judgemental space where you feel comfortable talking openly about what you are experiencing.

My approach to counselling is structured, supportive, and focused on helping clients better understand their emotions while developing practical ways to manage difficult situations.
