My professional background spans 28 years, all of which have been spent working in the area of mental Health, where I am a qualified Psychiatric Nurse.
I currently specialise in Bereavement, Grief and Loss Counselling, for people who have lost a loved one or a furry best friend.
I use a person centred approach, where I believe that every person's grief is unique, and healing happens when we feel truly heard and supported.
Grief can feel overwhelming and isolating, but I believe in the strength within each individual to heal.
I believe in supporting the whole person - emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Bereavement is not something to get over, but something we learn to carry, and I'm here to help you carry it with care.
Even in an online space, I aim to create a calm and supportive environment where you feel safe, heard, and never rushed. I understand how personal and unique grief is, and I bring empathy, patience, and gentle guidance into every session. Whether we're talking, reflecting, or simply holding space together, I'm here to support you at your pace. Through video sessions, we can explore your thoughts and feelings, use simple grounding tools, and honour the memory of your loved one - all from the comfort of your own home. My goal is to make you feel less alone as you navigate this deeply personal journey.
